To respect everyone’s time and ensure I can accommodate all clients, please review my booking policy. • Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 25% of scheduled service total. • Same-day cancellations and no-shows will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total. • Clients arriving 15 minutes or more late may need to reschedule if there isn’t enough time to safely complete the service. • A valid card is required to reserve all appointments. Your card will only be charged in accordance with this policy. I understand that emergencies happen. If an unexpected situation arises, please reach out as soon as possible, and I will do my best to accommodate you.
